In 2003, CEO Tricia Dempsey founded Agile - a unique IT staffing and consulting firm in Atlanta that transforms the way IT organizations do business by providing them with a faster route to top talent and technology solutions.

Before founding Agile, Tricia served the IT recruitment industry for over ten years. She held a variety of leadership positions for companies ranging from $5 million to over $1 billion in annual revenues. It was during her tenure at these companies that she felt something was missing in what traditional IT staffing companies offered clients, candidates/consultants, and employees. 

Tricia then set out to create a new kind of IT staffing firm in Atlanta – a firm with a higher purpose…a firm that would work smarter and faster to meet the different needs of all stakeholders simultaneously. Since then, Agile has grown rapidly and serves many of the Southeast's technology leaders.

Our phenomenal growth is proof that our solutions deliver results. In 2010, Agile was named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Top 10 Contingency Executive Recruiters. We were recognized as the sixth fastest growing women-owned company in metro Atlanta in 2011. Agile has also been named an Inc. 5000 company for three consecutive years. We are positioned to expand our services into new, high-growth markets including Jacksonville, Florida in 2011. As we continue to expand our reach in the Southeast, we're firmly committed to the same core principles and creative thinking on which Agile was built.
