  • Contract (Statement of Work)

    Contractors and resources on a Statement of Work (SOW) can be a great option for specialized projects, shorter term work and even seasonal hiring demand. While also offering the flexibility to extend on an as-needed basis, contract or SOW hiring may be the best fit for your team.

  • Contract-To-Hire

    For some roles, it might make the most sense to utilize a ‘try before you buy’ approach; contract-to-hire is a great option for this. This delivery method offers the best of both worlds by combining the flexibility and speed of hiring a contractor with the potential to transition the resource to a full-time position if the opportunity arises.

    Hiring managers have the ability to evaluate a resource’s performance prior to offering full-time employment while also allowing the resource a trial period to evaluate the company and position for themselves. Contract-to-hire arrangements also typically involve quicker onboarding turn-around times as the contractor is already familiar with the role and company and can make a smoother transition.

  • Direct Hire (Permeant)

FTEs are perfect for long-term planning and ongoing involvement in critical initiatives and can offer training to less established contractors or more junior employees.
