The Last Friday Job Party is a free, monthly virtual event hosted by the tech brands of GEE Group, Agile, ADCC, Paladin, and SNI Technology.
It started as a small session for mid to senior IT professionals. Today, it’s a growing community for technologists, techno‑functional pros, and everyone building a better path forward.
If you feel stuck or overlooked, you’re not alone. The hiring process changed, and most advice did not. LFJP is a practical space for honest conversation, real‑time support, and career guidance you can actually use.
LinkedIn strategies that get noticed without gaming the algorithm
Resume advice for today’s reality, not the old playbook
Ways to work around broken steps in the hiring process, with your energy intact
Live Q&A so you can ask what matters now
Each session is shaped by what job seekers tell us they need most.
LFJP is more than a half hour video call. It is a place to meet people who are going through it too. You will grow your network and stay supported between sessions.
We also highlight an adoptable pet from Love4Paws at the end of each session. It is our favorite way to end with a smile.
