How We Work With MSPs

Our company uses an offshore recruiting model to provide services to Master Supplier Programs (MSPs) nationwide. We have extensive experience in staffing a wide range of roles, from temporary staff for political campaign events to high-end technology consultants for areas like cybersecurity, content operations, machine learning, and artificial intelligence engineering.

Our business model supports both contract opportunities, where we can employ contractors on a W2 basis and bill clients monthly, and contingent recruiting, where we fill full-time positions based on a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary. Our national staff operates in both on-site and hybrid roles across the country to effectively serve our clients.

Our account managers operate on a hybrid model across the United States, allowing us to effectively service our MSPs and their end clients. For delivery, we utilize a mix of nearshore recruiters and a scalable offshore model, ensuring efficient and comprehensive talent acquisition.
