GEE Group Celebrates Acquisition of SNI and Recent Growth with NYSE Closing Bell Ringing

In addition to commemorating our new branding, recent growth, and almost doubling fiscal year revenues in one year, GEE Group is also celebrating our acquisition of SNI Companies. This transaction creates a merged firm with approximately $197 Million pro forma revenue. By merging GEE Group with SNI, a combined staffing firm forms as a major player providing professional staffing services and human resource solutions in key markets throughout the United States.
