Our team dedicates time to volunteering and supporting organizations that actively dismantle systemic barriers hindering true progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In the Atlanta market, Agilists are active volunteers with Inspiredu and Year Up. Both organizations are committed to creating opportunities for marginalized groups to access technology and vocational training, leading to significant, long-term improvements in their lives.

Agile Resources is wholly owned by GEE Group a publicly traded company (stock ticker JOB) – GEE Group bought Agile Resources in 2015. Previously we were owned by Tricia Dempsey and Agile operated as a Certified Woman Owned Business for many years. Because of our current ownership and our commitment to Diversity in the workplace, GEE Group and Agile have adopted best practices to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace. Secondly, our VP of Corporate Development (Allison Dewan Giebink) serves as our Diversity and Inclusion Officer and she has received a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. The Certification can be verified here – We wish to obtain more certifications and training in these areas as they become available to publicly owned companies.
